if, as a taxpayer, you're fine with paying $21 billion per year for unplanned pregnancies, go ahead and take this stance.

contraceptive coverage SAVES the taxpayer $15.8 billion and prevents 760,000 abortions per year.

1/2I think it depends. The pill is sometimes use to treat some hormonal problems. I don't like how its sometimes used for skin care, but

2/2 for real mechanical problems, then yeah it's heath care. For preventing babies that such come out of your pocket.

BC is available only by prescription, changes hormone levels, and requires yearly checkups to get. All of it is actual medicine.
