      Maybe it's just me, but it seems like there comes a time when people have to stand on their own. You can give them all the tools to protect themselves, but they have to do it themselves. It's true for Afghanistan too. If they won't fight the Taliban why should we on their behalf?

      IQ is matter of education. They can't have high IQ if they don't have functional education system

      No. IQ is the raw CPU processing speed & architecture, memory, etc.. Education is the software loaded in to be utilized when necessary. You can definitely load new programs into your brain, but if your IQ (raw hardware) isn't cut out for it, it's useless or will malfunction.
