  Run the numbers on Israel's average IQ weighted by its ethnic makeup. If the Ashkenazi average IQ is 115, the Sephardic average would have to be in the mid 80s, and we have much better data showing that it's not. Therefore, that 115 average is inflated far beyond the true value.
