@StefanMolyneux my fiancé hates my mother, for very valid reasons I won’t go into here. She wants to know what’s worse: wishing every bad thing upon her, or wishing nothing for her. When she said this, she was unsure, and wanted to ask a philosopher.

Because I didn’t learn my lesson the first time, when I was a child. She infected my life and business as a grown adult, almost tore me and my fiancé apart. It’s over now, but it has left everlasting damage in my relationship, and I don’t know how to fix it.
