I believe the Australian Airforce removed certain high-G turns from fighter pilot testing because women couldn't perform them. If they ever have to evade a missile I guess they'll just scream 'misogynist' at it. That seems to be the tactic of choice when dealing with reality.

A lot of it has to do with your ability to pump blood. Men have larger and more muscular hearts that can pump blood more powerfully and in a more energy efficient manner (do not have to beat as fast). Also, women sometimes experience abnormal heart rates during menstrual periods.

No, they can't handle as many Gs as a man however all the high speeds, rapid acceleration, and tight turns make it moot point since men need technology to handle those G forces as well.
