Did you know there is Women's Chess? Much like women's tennis, soccer, etc. Women can play in regular chess, but with very rare exception, they're not even remotely competitive.

Last I checked gender IQ differences were negligible. Too much overlap to bat an eye about with the only meaningful difference being the spread of the distributions. I.e similar averages but more stupid men and more genius men
