Quick question: total number of female Soviet soldiers killed in WW2 vs total number of MALE Soviet soldiers killed in WW2 thanks!https://twitter.com/TheGodlessNorth/status/1181633595120738309 …

I mean; 1. The casualty rate among Soviet female snipers was 79,9%. 2. It's not significantly higher than other front line infantry roles. The soviet casualty rate was 42% but that includes all draftees including those in non-combat roles. 3. They were credited with 11000 kills.

I’m a woman. Take a bite of reality girls:men do all the dirty, hard, physical jobs, men fight wars and die in accidents at work in scary numbers, they die fighting wars. They give up the family home (over 90% homeless are men) look at the numbers, behold and say thank you!

You wont get anywhere debating the soviet female snipers (or soldiers in general) story because its so full of propaganda its all basically just a huge fairytale.

In a real conflict the experiment with female soldiers will be scrapped. It only "works" in peacetime or at most low-intensity conflicts.

The role of women on battlefields today is completely different from the role of women on battlefields during WW2. In Iraq female soldiers constantly found themselves on the frontlines of fire.

They used females in the war, this is why they had such numbers. Hitler was aware of this after messages relayed of females on the front lines for both armies Stalin used after the great purge. Stalin gave no fucks if women died. That's authoritarianism.

Hmmm... estimated the total war dead of 26.6 million included 20.0 million males and 6.6 million females. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_War_II_casualties_of_the_Soviet_Union … It's Wiki so not definitive.

The only issue I have with Soviet casualty figures from ww2 is that Soviet casualties weren't high enough to lead to the defeat of the Soviets.

Last night I looked up the numbers of American men vs women who have died in middle eastern wars. Around 200 women vs Over 8,000 men.
