Justifying pulling troops out of Syria (a decision you agree will destabilize the conflict between the Kurds and Turks) by pointing out the average IQ of the residents of the region is the definition of pretending IQ is more important than it really is.

I don't choose my friends or decide which restaurant to work at by administering an IQ test to them. And pretending that the IQ of the people in the region should have any bearing on foreign policy decisions is just as ridiculous.

Stefan it makes libertarians look bad when you blithely suggest it doesn’t matter if lower IQ people slaughter each other is all I think Curt was saying. If a group has an IQ under 100 it’s not like they can’t farm or do some other productive endeavor
