  Also, the "bias" is simply the 100 mean. IQ clearly acknowledges individuals who go well above or below the mean & it has literally NOTHING to do with the testing methods that different ethnic groups have vastly different averages. They just do. Denial prevents positive change.

  "Human rights are dependent on IQ" IQ have nothing to do with talents or gifts within each race possesses unique to that race. It is self evident that the creator has given each creation, and yes, each race the tools it needs to succeed and fulfil the measure of it's creation.
