Doesn't that just further support the idea that the rich have too much disposable income? If they can pay more than the rest of the population combined and still be insanely rich, isn't that a problem? And wild concept how they pay more because that's how percentages work :o

Oh, my heart goes out to those oppressed rich people who can buy their kids into college, will never have to work another day in their lives, can afford whatever luxuries they want, can bribe or lobby politicians to change laws they don't like... Won't somebody think of the rich?

We should also figure out what’s being done with our tax dollars and how collecting more from rich would help the poor. It’s all about distribution. Even with current programs, it’s not getting enough assistance to people bc we are busy paying administration first.
