It's time for a flexible tax code. You still pay the same every year but you get to pick where you want the money spent.
Wouldn’t it be fascinating if Republicans were as lax at enforcing tax laws as Democrats are at enforcing immigration laws? Can you imagine “IRS sanctuary cities” for those who didn’t want to pay their taxes?

@Styx666Official. I wonder if you could feasibly run an experiment like that in a smaller city in the US. Kind of like Yang's proposition to give a family UBI for a year, could we have a little tax haven city where you privatize everything but necessities (water)?
