Yes it would appear that a strong work ethic and physical well being are directly correlated in a belief in free markets and being rewarded for actual effort. Who ever would have thunk it?

It's a case of correlation not equalling causation. People aren't born with athletic bodies it takes work and lefties think they shouldn't have to work and things should be just given to them.

BS. I never had a lot of upper body strength, even when I lifted weights and played football in high school. I have always been right center in my politics.
