Wealthy peasants would be for sure. There could feasibly be richer people in the underclass. That's what Mao did, took out the people the peasants looked up to for guidance and a hand up. Took away all hope and direction

You are wrong. Overpopulation is the engine of colonisation/History! Hitler conquered the east to feed germans. Not enough french settlers in Canada and Louisiana, UK and US took the place. Africa: 0.1billion in 1900. 2 bil in 2050. Not enough resources. They ll go worldwide.
