Correct on both counts. But it is still exculpatory that several other entities accused the prosecutor of being corrupt. That gives Biden the flexibility to be wrong with good company. And wrong isn't illegal in this case. Nor would it be unethical if he believed he was right.

  There was an obvious conflict of interest for Biden as VP to get involved. I have yet to see any MSM folks even bring up the term Conflict of interest, as it relates to Biden, in the matter involving his son and the investigation going on in Ukraine
