Why does everyone delete their tweets when you quote them? Trust is earned. Forgiveness is given, that's why it has the word give in it.

Tying forgiveness to “living up to your expectations” (earning it) is just a way to hold on to resentment. “They didn’t live up to my expectations” is the root of all resentment. There is no way to find peace if you have resentments.
