For me personally it is. I struggle with health. And on my low days I look no good. Healthy is beautiful. But your point is valid too. I guess there are diff. types of beauty. Some see it in the heart. Some just the body.

Part of attractiveness is health. A big part. But beauty is something different. I find the Queen beautiful but I don't find her attractive.
