Whatever the social chaos that might erupt from arresting top level criminal Democrats, I guarantee you the social chaos that will inevitably result from failing to do so will be far, far worse. Sometimes, nothing is more dangerous than excessive caution.

It's not just democrats, there are plenty of RINO republicans about to be (and being) exposed. Ryan, Romney, Bush and many others are caught up in selling out this country and other evil doings. The FISA declass is only the beginning.

I agree with this. Where the law can actually be applied (not made up crap) we need to apply it and drain the swamp and beat the whole establishment back into line or we will go down in history as a failed nation.

The legal terminology, as I understand it with no professional expertise and just a passing knowledge and words of wisdom from some attorneys, is that when the law states "shall be" anything... that means they MUST arrest people for their crimes, and they MUST be prosecuted.
