        Had not been to the gym since college. Now 63/ Had a heart attack 2 yrs ago. Started gym 8 months ago now. Finally showing some gains and feeling stronger. The longer you wait the harder it gets. By brother , who is 2 yrs older than me won "Top Dog" in the over 60 group. Goals
