Personally I am willing to make an exception for people like veterans that have been to disabled from their wounds (including PTSD) in their duty to be able to be net tax payers.

If you wanted to argue that citizens only receive voting rights after 4 generations living in a country that's different. But my not paying tax is votes for the obedient workers, none for anybody else. Had hoped you'd see that.

Or we could argue that to qualify for your vote you must prove you understand the ramifications by taking a short test. But a vote should not be decided on monetary contribution, nor should education. If one is wrong both are.
