Another pattern I've noticed from anti-Trumpers. Warn about sea levels, buy property by the sea. Warn about coal, Sorarse buys up coal. Warn about meat, Gates invests in fake meat. Warn about contagious disease, Gates invests in vaccines. Fill land with homeless, then buy up.
