It still doesn’t make sense. Wouldn’t she then be asking the UN to take a harder stance with China and India, whose environmental policies are contributing the most to harm the future of children (her theory) the UN resolution is supposed to protect?

Just to be clear, the UN treaty that Stefan thinks countries shouldn't sign is the UN "Convention on the Rights of the Child", which is the most widely ratified human rights treaty in world history.
