Wow,what a rapid population change. That's not a recipe for long term success and a perfect one for unrest and potential abrasion and violence. It further buries already impoverished citizens and diverts needed resources.

That someone in Haiti for example has a very limited potential to add to global productivity while stuck in Haiti but if they are allowed to work and live in the USA for example they could be more productive which he says would make the USA more productive
