The nations that have those kinds of birth rates mostly arent industrialized, so impact is minimized in their home countries. By exporting the 3rd world poverty mentality to the wealth of the west only allows them to skyrocket their consumption, especially when backed by wellfare

Fair point, I'll admit I made a mistake but I won't drop my central point, just add to it. Reducing birthrates in the undeveloped world is as necessary as stopping mass migration.

Birthrates would go down on their own if the nations could pull it together enough to actually improve quality of life. It seems backwards but birthrates are higher when available resources are scarce. It's a survival mechanism to combat high child mortality rates.
