Duh, corporations have moved a lot manufacturing from America into China/India for cheap labor. So America's air is cleaner and with stronger protections. Sadly, most ignore that American consumerism of buying the overseas shit is the main driver of China's and India's dirty air.

If one really cares about GHG emissions, the only valid stats are a country’s total emissions & total world emissions. Per capita emissions are an invalid stat. Use of them would make China & India among the lowest GHG emitters in the world. Only a moron would say that.
