Those who have grown up in a largely Christian culture do not understand that other religions and groups have NO OBLIGATION to tell the truth to outsiders. But they will learn – oh yes they will.

I can only counter with Buddhism but that isn't a religion. Buddhism and Christianity both encourage reflexion, awareness and promotion of enlightenment.
