I to remember a time my mom's husband was thinking to leave his company for a job with better benefits and his bosses suddenly decide he should be paid 35K more a year. The moral of the story is if your worth more they will pay to keep you.

When ever i looked back, i see people that hired me cheap failing at their business. Cheap employers fail, it was a hard pill to swallow when became an employer myself.
