All dependent on the value you can provide to the customer.

True, my boss makes way more if I do better work. I make the same either way.

The HR department pays me, they get the money from who even knows at this point, the keep changing which program I get paid from. My customer is my boss, vendors, various dept managers, other DCs, and Corporate Supply chain managers. I get paid the same no matter how well I do.

What is money? It's a symbol of goods & services provided in the marketplace. So to generate money, one must create a good or service that customers want. Or, in other words, one must solve problems for others through their labors. The more they can help, the wealthier they are.pic.twitter.com/GTOCfYKLjQ

Money is actually a representation of debt.

At least since nixon did away with the gold standard.
-
He had to do it, Africa is full of gold. We can't have the poorest continent on the planet become the richest.

-
I don't think the U.S. going off the gold standard is the reason why Africa is the poorest continent. Why are they not using valuable gold now to improve their own economy, despite the U.S. going off the gold standard? It all has to do with government.https://youtu.be/eqD3QbzSsIs

Happiest job I ever worked was frying pierogis at the farmer's market and packaging them up by the dozen in the kitchen.

The customer is always right, unless he’s buying spaghettios with supergirl on the label. Then companies need to take a stand.
