        Amazon is a fictitious business entity with limited liability protection and preferential tax treatment provided by the power of the state. Corpotions in turn lobby the state for even more preferential treatment. The problem is the state not unfettered capitalism.

        Paying more taxes will only make Jeff Bezos and other shareholders less rich. Price of items being sold are determined by the vendors not by Amazon, as claimed by Amazon and other platforms.
