Once counseled to guess race by name, voice sound, and also to list people of multiple races as only one, none of that seemed right to me so I went to the ED to talk about it, the result of which was that I was never involved in that portion of work again.

Hispanic is an ethnicity not a race. It means they have some Spanish european blood in them. It's not a race of its own.
