Short or fat people are discriminated against too. How many short or/and fat executives do you see? To be an executive it takes more then just a high IQ. It's about how to effectively use power, affable behaviour, projection of strength, social abilities, instincts, looks, etc.

White or Jewish? This is one reason the group 'white' is so terrible. Jews count as white when adding to 'white privilege' narrative and as Jews when ticking the 'other' box to not be discriminated against as white. We are European-Americans. Europeans.

Guessing you mean those from the Indian subcontinent here and not those from Pakistan or the Middle East, as all could be considered "brown Asians".
