Being raised a Christian, I struggled for years with the idea of loving your enemies. I think I get it now Enemies can guide you to the most essential truths - their hate is a path. Love them as you would love a man shooting up a flare to help you find a loved one in the dark.
I was raised Protestant. Sang in the church choir and everything!
