When I was in high school, we did mock trials as Supreme Court justices. Dissents were supposed to have something to do with legal interpretation. I'm pretty sure "stakes could not be higher" hasn't anything to do with law. It just struck me that that class was pretty cool.

Heck, I think we even took a class trip to observe proceedings in a higher court, probably a circuit court close to New Jersey or NYC. I wonder how close our mock trials were to reality then. If even a little bit, wow, have standards fallen.

Stakes?! Does not the beeyatch understands she is simply supposed to evaluate federal and state laws and whether they adhere to the precepts outlined in The Constitution. Not the mandates of the executive branch on its sub offices. She is not supposed to evaluate "stakes"

The hypocrisy, in 1994 proposition 187 was passed by citizens ballot. Though, federal judge declared unconstitutional . Now, sotomayor writes, the Government implemented its rule without first providing the public notice and inviting the public input generally required by law."

Are you saying that multi ethnic societies can’t work. That only mono cultures are rational societies; you not the only philosopher saying this. Alexander Dugin pretty much says this too...

Disagree, culture is the greatest determining factor of politics and culture is hetergenous to such a degree that it transcends racial boundaries as evidenced by the existence of multi-ethnic societies in the first place, ethnic tensions usually stoked and leveraged by elites.
