I agree it's likely far more profitable to do that. It minimizes risk and maximizes resource allocation. But you've got to be willing to adapt at times and play the meta game. A smart enemy knows your weaknesses and will focus on exploiting them while avoiding your strengths.

Well, that depends. If you’re having anger problems, hard time controlling yourself then you’ve got a problem you SHOULD have work on. Same applies to an anxious person, unable to speak to strangers - by overcoming that obstacle, the quality of their life increases.
