Male and female have to train to reduce hesitation. Even if males have slight advantage - no training and they are likely just as toasted as a female.

I think we are debating a nuance. The information I have comes from an experienced gun trainer. All I am really saying is that untrained, the difference in hesitation to fire between men and women is not as large as intuition suggests.

Which is kind of a moot point since if you are carrying, you ought to be trained and continue regular practice. I mean this practically, not as some legality.
