I do disagree with the heels Stef...but I do stand with my earlier tweet about dressing classy. I personally don’t like “flats” on any woman...and I’m a woman.
Duchess’ Kate and Megan wear high heels 
and always look very respectful. -
They're the exception more than the norm. There are other classy 'ladies' with class n grace. Princess Diana for one. Lower heals accentuate without being 'slutty', often depends on the attire and accesories ... ladies.
