My eldest is a Veterinarian, the youngest is pursuing a law degree. Both brilliant girls following their hearts. Yes, genetics plays a part, but a stable happy home does too.

I think he's getting at the natural tendency for men and women to gravitate toward certain fields. If there aren't enough women as engineers it is by choice, not because the tests are too hard.
