“Discrimination” used to mean “able to reliably judge quality.” That felt like bigotry to low-quality people. So they just changed the meaning rather than improve themselves. That’s why they remain low-quality.

Actually it never meant that. The loosest definition is the ability to see a difference in two things. It doesn’t involve making a qualitative judgement.

A non-argument. Value judgment is inherently discriminatory. In order to determine value differences, one must first juxtapose and discriminate. By highjacking the function of discrimination, value is destroyed. All becomes "equally valuable" i.e worthless. All is undermined.

You can discriminate based on the size of two objects without placing a greater value on either. Discrimination means to see the difference in two things. Not which has more inherent value.
