She *does* owe reparations but not to "native" tribes. She owes reparations to Harvard and to the candidates they turned down because they had already filled a tenured professorship with a fraud.

No. But it should be returned directly to the Government. Just like all the amounts that was paid out of the Government pocket for fictitious sexual harrassment charges that were paid by the Government and companies instead of by the individuals charged. Fiduciary breaches
