I have worked with high IQ people for decades and I can tell you that they aren't superior. The problem is, high IQ ppl can get away with no common sense. Lower IQ people NEED common sense otherwise they pay dearly when they make mistakes. Its always better to have common sense.

It means superior intellectual ability...and in this case it's an average. There is all manner of "superiority" in society--no need to run away from it. We must be graceful about it, letting the chips fall where they may. O/w you can go the affirmative action route.
