It isn't really a conspiracy just because a numerous successful people do something of their own accord. People just think it is a conspiracy, because they see successful people involved.

It’s mostly up to public figures like you to demonstrate that it’s ok to openly question or criticize Israel and/or Judaism just like it’s ok to openly question or criticize every other state or religion.

It doesn't have to be a conspiracy. Schelling (or focal) points, game theory explains it well enough. People with a similar background can and will act in mutually beneficial ways because of their shared priorities. Which is fine, so long as you're not part of the outgroup.
