His brother is either a very lucky or very unlucky man. As he may be the last lead of volatile information & data.
What if he is still alive? And, through complex third-party- shell companies he owns, he will get all of his money back and have a new identity?
good one
Also, who were the witnesses to the signing? That is a necessary procedure. I've seen two reports regarding the beneficiaries: (1) his brother (sole heir), and (2) an estate/foundation. As usual, it's unclear. How can that be?
Everything went into an estate as I read it. There were 2?lawyers from 2 different law firms. 1 was the one he had used for trying to arrange bail, etc. not sure of the other firm but it was a NYC biggie. I would guess it is going to his brother. I doubt Harvard would take it.
Thanks, interesting.
NONE of the details make sense

Im just surprised it wasnt all given to a guy named Hill Binton
I’m suprised a guy of that kind of wealth never had his will well sorted out years ago.
He signed because he knew was gonna kill himself and wanted to get his affairs in order. It’s really no different than someone creating a will with a terminal illness.
