As I understand it, The FBI investigates & provides it's findings to the AG who then decides whether of not to prosecute or indict. Perhaps the Butler evidence is stronger to charge than JE evidence at this point. If the Butler paper trail leads to JE then the case is stronger.

If anyone in power cared to investigate the source of his wealth-which wouldn't take long, they'd find out that he never was a billionaire or "hedge fund manager" or "financier" whatever the hell that is and the true extent of his crimes would become known.Don't hold your breath.

If he was a fund manager, where were all the lawsuits from investors after his first arrest & conviction? Such management agreements contain provisions of immediate termination of the agmnt and return of capital in the event of legal, physical or mental incapacity of the manager.

If he was a fund manager,where are all the lawsuits from investors after his death seeking to recover capital? So far only the victims of his sexual depravity have sued. Did his investors simply shrug at his death and say, "oh well I guess we will leave our funds to his estate."
