        True. Similar genes create similar cultures but it is also the other way around. Genes adapt to the culture because the better you fit in, the better your chance of having many children. Providing you are a homogenous people that is.

        It's not primarily about intelligence, or discipline. What really made Europe was playfulness, rebellion, exploration. The slightly more intelligent aren't making the most inventions or dreaming up new forms of art (not even close).

        Plus I think HK is pulling in a lot more hard currency line of their budget than people expect. CCP is trying to figure out how to recage the Golden goose while still getting it to lay eggs.

        The Yellow Vests have been persistent, but unless the protestors can coalesce into a focused unit with a shared goal in mind, it will ultimately be nothing more than a drag on France. The HK protests are very focused, organized, and prepared to fight as a team.
