I am in favour of consistency. If disproportionate representation in senior management is not a problem, then let’s dismantle diversity quotas. If it is a problem, let’s talk about it everywhere.

You've said publically that diversity quotas are a problem, so which one is it? Just looking for some consistancy, Stefan. Standing on a fence and yelling at both sides is a cool manipulation trick, but most people see through it.
