Of course it's offset by revenue - which is down. Borrow $5 in your name, give you $1 and give the corporations and the wealthy $4..that was the tax package. And spending is up (not mandatory - discretionary).. son.

Trump’s order to Congress was to cut taxes and increase spending. There is no one to blame but Trump. He gambled he’d get 5% GDP growth... he got around 2%. Worse than Obama. He lost the bet.
