Every year I pay in $1,200.00...on500 a week...the tariffs are like sales tax for other countries...if China sells us a $22,000 car...we pay China a tax on that car...right? Well...they have not been paying their sales tax..you don't sound too smart bob.

Except China doesn’t pay the tariff, the company importing from China does, and passes that on to you the consumer as an increase in their cost of goods

Tax revenue went up after tax cuts as did spending and the deficit. It proved two things at once. More taxes doesn't mean more money for government and that if you give government more money they won't pay the debt or lower something responsible. They just spend more.
