Over a five year window, women who married as virgins got divorced only 6% of the time. Women with 11+ sexual partners: 33% divorced. That’s an increase in the risk of divorce of 550%.

Is there statistics on men who have multiple partners before marriage?

Women underestimate their superior capacity and natural inclination to bond. When you bond with multiple partners, it becomes harder to stick to one partner.

So true! The stickiness wears off. What happens is your heart gets broken, and the next time, you don't give it all - for fear of it breaking again. That pretty much ensures another failed relationship. And so it happens again. And again. Eventually, you lose faith in love.

There are a number of reasons for this, one of them likely is that any woman who gets married a virgin is a religious zealot who also thinks divorce is wrong. If she's willing to not have sex until marriage, why would they get divorced, even if they're unhappy? Shitty logic dude.

True Married 32 yrs Was rough for about 10 yrs Didn't divorce bc of $ and we had a small child We both matured and seemed to grow out of our difficulties Plus I got happier when I started meditating We both had expectations of the other we were both unaware of Relationship killer

Also interesting is that 15% of gay marriages divorce after 10 years. Lesbians are double that at 30% in the same time period. Why is that?
