Nah there is data on that. Richer people tended to live in the country, and survive the plague, and wealth is associated with intelligence. In life, it is often helpful to ask questions rather than display your ignorance.https://twitter.com/mightykaos41/status/1162421801932247041 …

Black Death killed low IQ whites, except IQ is a modern invention barely 100 years old (not #Lindy). There's no data to support this... Also pandemics don't ask you for test scores before they kill you. This guy is a moron... https://twitter.com/StefanMolyneux/status/1161872827697549312 …

I think "richer" at that time meant "born into the right family" for the most part. The majority of people didn't have much of a choice probably, and they had family to support. A single poor man (no not a woman back then) could have made it I guess.

Yeah, great stuff. Except that mortality from plague was higher in rural than in urban areas as the key transmission factor was not the population density but concentration of rodent colonies. See Silk Roads by @peterfrankopan and Benedictow's study on plague from 1987.

Wealth and intelligence did not have the same relationship today as a medieval society.

Also data that wealth causes more anxiety, stress, and loneliness which has huge effect on one's health.

Steffy you're the one proving your ignorance saying whites are less violent. You're good at cherry picking time (modern times) and location (NYC) and forgetting all of human history. News flash all people are violent, it's a thing called nature...https://twitter.com/Jed_Trott/status/1162306974152888321?s=19 …

The main cause of the Black Plague was animals in the cities, it caused diseases to species hop, rich people were safe from that in the country

The Plague was (despite all of the death) probably the greatest thing that ever happened to Europe So many laborers perished that the wealthy had to pay significantly higher wages to those whom survived Wealth inequality was practically eliminated in those countries

When Cambridge closed because of plague (and all the smart people scattered) Isaac Newton went to the country. The story of the falling apple comes from that time.
