I always compliment women on their nails or necklace or whatever they are accessorizing with. I was taught to pay attention to detail while in the military. I transfer those teachings into everything I do. Always pay attention to the little details. They make all the difference.

I do, too--especially hair cuts. Women spend a lot of money on those, so I think they're appreciative if someone notices. But in the current climate of high sensitivity & political correctness, I sometimes worry I'll be accused of sexual harassment.
