    Idk man you can look at FBI statistics of crime and look at the demographics of the cities. There is a reason why Africa and southern countries like mexico or brazil are extremely dangerous. Dude im not even white and im not staying in America once this happens.

        In Sultanate of Oman the IQ is about 85 but it is one of the safest country in the world , so if this hypothesis doesn't work for all cases it must be wrong

        In not all but many cases, people who are in that range are being tricked by other people into committing the crimes. They are more easily manipulated and less capable of explaining their actions than people with higher IQs.
